KIH is committed to respecting and protecting personal information.  For this reason, KIH has taken steps to ensure that personal information collected by the organization is handled with care and integrity in order to protect the privacy interests of everyone involved with the organization.

KIH may collect personal information* to obtain donor information for tax reporting purposes, to establish eligibility for employment or volunteering, and/or to create and maintain human resources files for staff and volunteers.

In accordance with the Canada Privacy Act, KIH will not disclose personal information to any third party without the consent of the individual, except as required by law.
*Personal information is any information that can be linked to specific individuals.  Some examples include: home address and telephone numbers, employment history, and email addresses.  Personal information does not include the name, title and business address and telephone number of the individual.
